WiFi from my BT Home Hub 3 has worked ok for the past 5 years.
For the past week it has only worked when I am in the same room as the hub.
I have restarted the hub and all mobile devices (Android phones and tablet) but have seen no improvement.
Any suggestions?

Call customer services and ask for replacement hub if you are still in contract as your current one is faulty.
