Wifi Disc

Hello

I have a smart hub2 and a wifi disk. 

for some reason my devices prefer to connect to hub downstairs rather than my disc upstairs even when the devices are right next to my disc, I,e, all the devices that stay upstairs. 

how can I get the devices close to my disc to connect to it?

Have you logged into your hub and confirmed that your disc is connected and working?

Hi I have indeed and it’s all working, some things have already connected it my only concern is that I am noticing that the devices that are closest to it , don’t seem to automatically choose the disc but the hub which is much further away in the house. I would assume the devices closest to the disc connect to the disc not the hub.

When I first got the SmartHub 2 and Complete Wifi discs it intrigued me that devices didn't seem to connect to the Hub/Disc they were nearest to. I gave up trying to figure out why as the system did seem to deliver excellent wifi to all my devices around the house, whichever node they connected to.

Doesn't sound like you have too much to worry about. Is there any commonality between the devices that are/aren't connecting? eg only 2.4 GHz devices connecting, 5 GHz not connecting
