Wifi app not showing Hotspots

Hi all.

I have the BT WiFi app installed on both my Android phone and my iPad but it doesn’t show the hotspot heat map. It logs on as it should, shows my location but no heat map.

Any ideas? I have logged in/out and uninstalled/reinstalled but no joy. The internet versions works fine, so it’s not really a problem more an annoyance if anything.

Pointers  would be greatly received.

Did you check the app permissions by going to settings/apps/btwifi/permissions and ensure location is selected

Thanks for responding.

I hadn't checked, but have now. It does have location permission

the app need location permission so enable that and you should see what you are looking for
