New phone line and broadband ordered inDecember. Engineer now has not turned up 3 times (3 missed days of work), frustrating phone calls to people who do not seem to understand what I am saying. Being lied to 'oh yes madam I have spoken to the engineer and he is 45 minutes away'.
Can anyone suggest a number that I can call to contact someone in this country who will take me seriously and actually do something to fix the problem rather than fob me off?
