While my PC is being upgraded, I am currently using my old laptop, which gets fairly infrequent use, as backup. I've just given it a 'spring-clean' and it is working pretty well, if a little sluggishly at times, but I am finding problems accessing my BT Mail. When I attempt to log into my mail i get the error message that my IE 8 setup is incompatible with the current BT Mail service and suggests I install a more recent version of Internet Explorer. My Win XP setup will not accept IE 9 or any later version of Internet Explorer. As neither Win XP nor IE 8 is supported by Microsoft any longer I am now forced to look for support on potentially insecure web sites for answers to these issues unless BT is able to offer a solution. Please could the Mods offer advice?
