CommCast use BT DNS thats why they have a problem.  Lots of companies use BT phone lines for their service, even SKY use BT in some areas.  BT control all landlines in the UK except for Virgin lines.  

In the uk their are two main providers of phone lines BT and Virgin the rest buy time off of them.

Show where Comcast use BT DNS servers. They are a cable company in the USA

DNS from google is not being blocked why is this the simple answer is that BT is being paid not foce its DNS not to work with windows update, cause they are being paid to do this, by either Google or Apple.  
Micrososft told me its a BT issue which they told them about on 30/1/19 but BT dohave done nothing.  Its not in microsofts interest to block BT.  To destroy microsoft all you have to do is block them from the UK one step at a time starting with the windows update.
