Wireless Printer Connection

I have been using a wireless printer on my 3-disc WholeHome network for many months. For no apparent reason I am now experiencing "Printer Not Connected" problems. A check of the network shows that the HP printer and iMac are connected to the same disc (I don't know whether this matters), Sometimes turning the printer on and off resolves the problem, but only for a single print job, then the problem returns.

Any help would be appreviated.

I am using the latest firmware: v1.02.05 build01, and my printer drivers are up to date.
