Wireless Settings for DrayTek 2862Ln

I was wondering if any one knew what the wireless settings are for a DrayTek 2862Ln .

I have a bit of a strange problem on connecting to the router with my phone and Edimax EW-7711UAn USB wifi adapter.  It will not connect to the adapter and if I connect with my phone the speed is less than 1 MPS ?

I can however connect to the DrayTek with both of my lap tops and smart TV so I think I need to change some settings on the router .

If I use BT Hub 5 it works fine on every thing, But not on the DrayTek  ?

I have looked on the DrayTek web site and can only find Setup for BT Infinity Fibre for a Vigor 2860 series router but nothing about wifi set up .

Any Thoughts from any one I might add it was working all ok but its a bit strange as I have not changed any thing .

You need to ask the question on the Draytek forum. Router wireless settings are totally independant of ISP.

In the past I have asked questions before on this forum regarding DrayTec and someone has always replied . If I get no reply I will ask DrayTec service and see if they know what settings but from what I can see the router is set for 802.11n as the smart TV and lap tops connect but phone and Wifi adapter wont but the do connect when I use the BT Hub5 very strange ?

Are they connecting via 5Ghz wireless (which the Draytek doesn't support) when you use the HH5?

Have you tried changing the wifi channel?

You could always ask on the kitz forum https://forum.kitz.co.uk/ there are a few Draytek users there.

 The 5Ghz port is turn off and the problem I have is on the 2.4 Ghz port . I have also tried changing channel but its the same .

The Edimax EW-7711UAn USB wifi adapter is plugged into the USB port on the desk top and my phone is a Black Berry Key 2 . I might add when I first installed the router about a month ago every thing was working fine but since last week I can no longer connect with the Edimax EW-7711UAn USB wifi adapter or my BB Key2 , But I can connect with my 2 lap tops and smart TV .

The problem seems to be the 2862Ln since every thing works fine when I use the BT Hub 5 router . Please note the Edimax EW-7711UAn USB wifi adapter and phone can connect to other wifi signals like BT Fon .

If you like I can do some screen shots of the pages to double check I have the right settings .
