if you are having wifi problems you can try downloading inssider3 (istumbler if MAC) and then run it. This will show the broadcasting networks round about you and their channels including your own. If you then enter your router and change your wireless channel to a free or less congested channel.
Hi ljlee, It would appear to me that you still have a fault on your line that has not been resolved and is causing your problems.

i have got BT Infinity with home hub3. I have no problems with the Infinity side of things. My problems are with the wireless connection. It keeps dropping out, sometimes around 15 times a day on all devices. I have tried changing the wireless channel but this doesnt seem to be doing any good either.
Would using a different wireless router work or does anyone have any other ideas please?
All help would be greatfully received.
Do you have any problems when wired in, using a cable and not the wifi? Also are the lights changing on the hub?
Reason I ask is that I thought it was the wifi dropping, but I had the same problem wired in.
A bit of a warning - I was told to get the HH4 to fix problems, that it would be a lot better. Sorry but it didn't fix the issues and it either costs £100+ or you get put into a new contract (often with different call package). To me that's a lot to spend if it doesn't fix the problem so if you do decide to try a HH4 try getting some sort of guarantee that you'll get a refund/not be held to term if it doesn't solve the problem.
