Basically the title says it all. We have a BT Business Hub wireless router, but the wireless drops so often, that nearly every day we have to keep resetting the router. I know sometimes routers need some resetting, but to do this nearly every day is going too far.
We are on the verge of calling BT support to send in an engineer, but before we do, I am wondering what proof can be provided to state that wireless has been dropping so much and that no one can connect.
This is because the problem is intermittent and the worst scenario is to have an engineer come around and state that the router is working and has been always working.
