Wireless on my HH5 seems broken.

Over the past few days my HH5 has been randomly kicking everything from my home network and I'm starting to think it's had its day.

Do I need to pay BT for a replacement hub?

Not if you are still in contract and can persuade them to send you a new one. If you are out of contract and money is involved, it would be better spent on a third party router rather than another hub.

Try a factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. This can often sort out problems.

U factory reset it earlier and it seems ok now but will keep an eye on it. I'm still in contract so would rather they send me a replacement than me spending my own cash.
