I have just renewed my Contract with BT and although I had no problems with connection re wirless the Call Taker almost insisted I took delivery of a Hub4. Then my problems started every 20 minutes wirless drops and I have to let windows re set it. Spoke to the Help Desk on 2 occasions both stated there was a problem with my phone line even though I was speaking to them on it. Channel changes make no difference. On the last occasion on speaking with the Help desk they informed me there was yet again a fault and it would take 5 days to correct. Having had enough connected a old Hub2 everything back to normal. Are there known problems with the Hub 4 or is it as I suspect the Hub is faulty. Just to add to tamt my Iphone does not even identify with the Hub even If I stand next to it no problems at all with old Hub.
