Wish i hadn't bothered

Broadband supposed to be activated 8th Jan, still waiting. Getting bull**bleep** everytime i ring up to complain/find out what is going on. Keep getting told i will get a call back (never happens).

 

Phone line already active, if i could cancel the lot without penalty i would, cant wait for the end of the contract already!

 

Very poor show from BT, worst company i have ever dealt with.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

While you are waiting for an invite, can you try the home hub connected like this, and see if it works.

Hi Keith,

Thanks for the reply, the problem is BT haven't activated the broadband yet. The line works fine ( I still have SKY broadband connected) but it is very slow due to traffic shaping (ironically from BT, as I can only get their connect package)
