Broadband supposed to be activated 8th Jan, still waiting. Getting bull**bleep** everytime i ring up to complain/find out what is going on. Keep getting told i will get a call back (never happens).
Phone line already active, if i could cancel the lot without penalty i would, cant wait for the end of the contract already!
Very poor show from BT, worst company i have ever dealt with.
