About 1-2 weeks ago I can no longer login in to MY BT.
I rang BT and we went though clearing the crèche and data. That did not work
We changed my password did not work
We then uninstalled MY BT and reinstalling it again that did not work.
The person though it could be my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) so we installed MY BT on my android tablet again it would not log me in.
I can login on the website no problem.
I need to get the app up and running as it the only way to change the blocks on devices and times.
The error I always get when trying to login on MY BT app is :- Sorry we haven't been able to log you in. Please try again.
I was told to come hear as I left a review on app page.

When you logon to the website, do you have to enter your password or does your browser auto complete it? if the latter then check the password you're using for the app against the one that your browser has saved
I am using same password and I enter it manually on website and the same for MY BT app.
As per my post they got me to change it

If you look through some of the posts on this site, you will find that many problems only start when someone tries to change their password. Can you still logon to the website (with the new password)? if not, try again using the previous password
If you read my 1st post I have listed everything tried when I phone customer service.
As stated in my 1st post
Yes I can still login on the BT Website I have no problem at all with login on website. I only have problems with the MY BT APP.
Please read my 1st post before suggesting something to see if I have already tried what your about to suggest.
I've re-read your first post and can't see anywhere where have answered either of my questions, indeed you still haven't answered my last question.
Same password (new password)
Entered manually on both website and my bt app
Tried old password on app still won't log on
Can log on website with new password only
