after all that it appears to have nothing to do with whatever is killing your broadband connection. if you are in the test socket can you repost your router stats please

The only thing plugged into the test socket is the homehub with a filter, no sky, no phone ect.

drawing looks really good corming that it was 2 lines
your stats look really bad and as you are now in test socket there is little more you can do so the mods will post a contact us link and will help you get it sorted
After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email
yes mods will post to let you know you can access the 'contact us' link without the invitation you cannot see the link
