Hi, I need your advice please. I made an order through Quidco then have to submit claim form to quidco as the order was not tracked (common problem recently). The order included new aerial setup which was declined by the man who came to do the job due to safety issues (he recommended a friend who can do the job !! 🙂 ). He said he will contact BT to refund the £60. The service is now active and I received an email regarding my first bill. The £60 still there. I don't want the cashbcak claim to be declined in the future. What should I do?
@mrabie I'd recommend you get in touch with our billing live chat team on this link regarding the aerial install refund. As long as the order has completed you should have no issues submitting your claim with Quidco.
