Worst customer service, Waiting to get broadband connection for more than 50 days

Order number : ********

 

Placed on Sep 6th 2013, till today i haven't get the connection. This is my 13th complaint on the order i placed and there is no proper response from BT.

 

Engineer visited to the property on 18th Oct and he said it will be activated on the same day mid night, but till today it has not been activated, I have already raised an ombudsman complaint also.

 

Is there any highest level of escalation? frustrated, worst customer service

 

Call me at ********** if you can sort this problem

Worst customer service, order issue, no one is responding

Order number: ********

 

Waiting from Sep 6th 2013 - engineer visited to the property on 18th Oct 2013 - till today no other response from BT, connection not yet activated.

 

Frustrated, very poor customer service

plesae remove the order number for your security as this is a public forum

 

you have been offered help by a forum mod who are the only BT employees on the forum

 

please stop spamming the boards with the same post and accept the help offered

I would recommend taking up 

Just Go into NeilO's(<<By clicking on his name) profile and Click on the bit where it says "Click here to contact the mods" under the About Me section.

Once contacting the BT care Team (Mods) they will reply either by phone or email usually within 3 to 6 working days, however you will be given a tracking number immediately after sending the request. Please keep this safe.

 

Please be aware that this timeframe does not include weekends and Bank Holidays. The timeframe will also vary during busy periods.

 

Each case is done in a strict rotation so once your mod request has reached the top of the BTCare Team's inbox then they will contact you.
