Been trying to watch on the online player only to get the lovely error message "you have reached your maximum number of concurrent streams err:VC010" even tho i do not have it streaming anywhere else. tried a reboot, different browers and still nothing this is really poor service.
Same here, and asks for silverlight. What a crappy waste of piece of **bleep**. Have you heard of iplayer? Check what they use!
EDIT: Try using Internet explorer. That worked for me. So have to revert to a crappy browser to use a crappy player.
I was also getting the error message, while trying to watch BT Sports on my PC:
(You have reached your maximum number of concurrent streams - err: VC010)
I have just cleared all the cookies off my PC, and yes I am back on line watching the football...
You should get a bonus from BT for the Tech Help!
Well done - Thanks for the info.
That was the issue ..... you were trying to watch football when the better sport is on BTS2
Now I've buggered it!! Changed from BTS2 > BTS1 > ESPN ...... guess what, VC010!!! Bit rubbish as I'm in the same browser session on same PC
I am getting a variety of errors when trying to watch BT Sport live on line on my Windows 7 desktop. Most common error message is 6002 AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED ERROR VC017. This error code doesn't appear in the BT "help" section.
I'm also getting VC010 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CONCURRENT STREAMS HAS BEEN EXCEEDED even when my PC is the only active computer and other devices are logged off and switched off.
Sometimes I get ERROR VC025 UNABLE TO PLAYBACK VIDEO.
I can view the non live content on my PC and I can view live streams on my iPad and an ancient laptop. None of the BT "help" suggestions makes any difference to what I can view on my PC.
The BT on line chat kept me on hold for half an hour until I became number one in the queue with one minute to go - then cut me off mith a message saying that no operators were availble to talk to me.
It could be some time before BT sorts this one out.
to use just the online player or app to watch bt sport do u have to take a new 12 month contract or is that just for when using bt vision or sky?
AT LAST - AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM BT RE THE VC ERRORS. SEE THE FOLLOWING REPLY TO MY EMAIL REQUEST FOR HELP.
Thanks for your e-mail.
