Is it just me that's had awful service from Bt. I asked them to cancel my mum's account as she had passed away and they cancel mine. I've now been left without phone and broadband for one and a half weeks for their screw up. I can't work from home, organise a funeral or home school my son.
Everytime I call I get a different answer from somebody. They told me they'd placed the order twice. Awful service, I would never use BT again.
I have asked forum mods to see if the can help get your line reconnected and your mother's line stopped. They will post here
