Wowcher code for BT Sports error message Ref# CON-0067

I purchased a Wowcher code for half price BT sports for Sky. I have tried to redeem the code via a link to the BT site. The code is valid, my Sky card number is valid but when I go to checkout I can't get any further and get error message Ref# CON-0067. I called BT over the weekend and was advised that they can't help, I need to contact live chat. I'm now on live chat, which so far, is not going well. I also contacted Wowcher, no reponse, just got off the phone to BT who are blaming Sky and and issue with the viewing card? 

Can someone please help? I'm at the point of dispair- the code needs to be activated by the 13th or I will lose my money and the offer.

Hi mate. I am having the same problem. Just paid for the code but can not get on the page to enter it
