Wrong Cashback Amount sent - no response from affiliates@bt.com

I registered for BT fibre broadband in February of this year through a link provided by moneysavingexpert.com

 

Included within the offer was a cashback cheque for £75 which I was supposed to receive within 4 months. I received a cheque for £30 in September (7 months after registration). I have since chased for the missing amount using affiliates@bt.com email address, but have not yet had the courtesy of a reply.

 

Please help
