Hi, I have a freesat card which I use to watch BT sport on my sky box. Unfortunately in the last week it has decided to stop working. When i turn on to BT sport a message says that this is the wrong viewing card and asks for the correct one to be inserted. It works on all other channels.
This card has been activated with Sky and BT, so not sure why this has stopped working.
Please can someone help.

Saw your reply when searching. I have exactly the same problem: BT confirmed my change to BT Lite in June, and in the same email confirmed the numberof the card in use. I have returned from holiday to find the 'wrong viewing card' message displayed. Can you please help?
I have exactly the same problem. card only activated this year.
SKy terminated old card for no real reason, BT sorted for me.
Was working fine , went away for a week and now this wrong viewing card message
Its getting very frustrating!
