My existing router needs to be swapped out as there is a changeover to fibre in process. My new router was sent to a bizarre address that I think equates to somewhere along the dirt track road that passes the bottom of my property. I tried to find a way to change the delivery address on mybt account but could not find any way to do this. Billing address is correct and also correct on post office database. I am presuming the router was returned as undeliverable, incomplete address. I note that there are quite a number of posts from people with similar problems relating to delivery address. I would be very grateful for help fixing the delivery address so I can arrange for another router to be sent out.

Hi PaddyB,
Could you sort the same problem out for me please?
Many thanks,

Hi Neil,
I have a router being delivered to my flat this week. The address is right however I am “basement floor flat” rather than the main flat listed in my delivery details. Is there a way to change this so the parcel arrives at the right address? (And any potential issues with activation)
many thanks - Jesse
Hello,
I am moving house and have informed BT as well as getting a new router delivered as part of an upgrade deal.
However the router is being sent to my old address and not my new address. It is currently in the past a t the moment.
Can you please send another router to my new address?
