Wrong reward card amount, plus not tracking in quidco

I should have a 100 reward card but it says my reward is only £50 it clearly said £100 reward card for bt infinity broadband and calls package. I placed my order on the 29th of September, this offer is valid until 24th October, so i am Still in the qualifying period.
Another issue is the cashback reward with quidco, i went through there sight to choose bt package.

@vintagestudent Sorry about that it's £50 for standard broadband and £100 for Infinity. If there are any problems use the contact link on this page to raise a dispute.
