All my BT Mail messages are going out under the sender name "DHL ONLINE".
Further, I can't reply to any replies I get - I just get an error message saying "Send mail error, invalid address".
All suggestions gratefully received!

I eventually discovered how to change it back to me in the settings menu. Now all I need is to know how someone got in to my BT Mail system to change it in the first place!
