Due to complications with my house move details I supplied to BT my phone and broadband wasn't up and running when we moved into our new house. Fast forward several weeks and somehow two broadband orders were running at the same time due to BT's incompetence. Due to one of these being cancelled to proceed with the other BT's computer decides to billl me cancellation charges in excess of £250. It looks, after calling up BT over this issue, that I'm now £269 in credit to be taken off next bill. But what does that mean? These monies to be returned to my bank account as they shouldn't have been taken in the first place?
