I have just started having this issue aswell have u managed to fix it yet as i know its my bt hub / network because when i connect to a mobile hotspot or non-bt network it starts to work.

Did you ever get a fix for this?  I've just upgraded my BT line from Infinity 2 to Full Fibre and I'm now seeing a similar issue.
