Xbox confirmation

I enquired about Bt Broadband with bt sports in Feburary

i was told if i signed up there and then i was eligible for a free xbox as it was a deal they had on so i did.

i signed up and have since added a tv deal.

but i still have not had any news or emails in regard to the free Xbox

its been around 30 days

still no free gift

Hi its been nearly a month since my last conversation with a bt agent regarding the promise gift of free xbox.

i still havnt recieved any notification regarding it

i was told to contact you after 20th march to chase it up its now 5th April.

as my whole package was sold to me on the promise of a free xbox on sign up if there was no xbox due i would expect to leave my contract free of charge.

at the moment i am paying £120 a month.

i understand that lines are busy with the on going crisis and may be delays thats why ive contacted you through community and not called up.

however there seems to be no delay when producing bills or taking payments ironically.

i messaged him a few weeks ago he told me to contact after 20th march.

i tried to re  message him but no messages are going through to him 

i keep getting an error message now when trying to message

You may have to wait quite a while at the moment as there is a large backlog of pending requests.
