Xbox gift or equivalent for signing up for package in Feb

Hey, completely appreciate everything is mad in the world at the moment and this is not the most pressing thing but since being activated on the 20th of Feb and told I would receive an Xbox One X/S (?) I haven't received any code or notification on how to claim it. Anyone able to help or point in the right direction. Seen loads of posts on it before but thought I'd wait, now starting to worry it's been missed. Cheers everyone

Hi @chucklesleggit welcome to the forum and sorry you have not received the Xbox. Please can you confirm when you placed your order and have you ordered BT Sport as part of your package?

cheers

John

Re: Xbox gift or equivalent for signing up for package in Feb

Hi John, thank you for replying.  I signed up again on the 18th of Feb 2020 over the phone to BT (didnt realise my current contract had ended the month before) for Super Fast fibre 1 unlimited to go live on the 20th.  It doesnt include the sports package.  I know when we agreed it on the phone plus the subsequent email both confirmed that I would need to wait up to four weeks for my reward. To be fair they just said I would get a reward, and at the time of signing that was an Xbox so presumed it was that. Have seen cards etc also issued. Strangely, my online account still says I haven't chosen my upgrade yet? Appreciate your help, sorry for the essay

Re: Xbox gift or equivalent for signing up for package in Feb

Hi @chucklesleggit thanks for confirming that information. The BT Sport package would have had to be ordered as well as the broadband for the Xbox offer. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we will be happy to check the call recording to see what was offered to you and sort that out.

cheers

John
