Yet another fault with my Line

Hi

I have had approx 6 faults with my bt line in the last 18 months. I am at my wits end to know what to do. The last bt engineer who came 2 months ago said he is using the last cable in my box as the others are showing signs of damage.

Not sure what to do. Can I ask for the cable to be changed?

Any help would be appreciated

If you're on the last good spare just wait for that to go faulty because then they'll have no choice but to change the cable......

Oh, actually they can put you on good legs of different pairs.... 😉
