My you view remote volume button has stopped working

Hi @Jean8 can you try resetting the remote?

1. Press and hold the AD, SUB and Power buttons at the same time for five seconds.
2. The blue light will flash three times. Release the buttons and the light will flash three times again.

Once you've reset it you'll need to programme it to control your TV again.

Thanks. Actually got through to BT and they asked me to try that. No light . Decided it was wear and tear and will get new remote.
