YouView BTV-448

Hello,

We recently moved home and it took ages to get the phone line and broadband reconnected. Now, whenever we load the BT TV player on YouView it has the following message:

Something's gone wrong

Sorry, we can't make this work at the moment. Please try again later. [BTV-448]

I've tried the usual "turning it off and on again" but nothing I've done makes any difference.

Any idea what this message means and how I can fix it?

Thanks

Chris

Now check if you still receive the error
Check your software version is up to date. To do this go to Settings > Device Management > Software Update and press OK
Check your On Demand players are up to date. To do this go to Settings > Device Management > Update On Demand Players and press OK

Re: YouView BTV-448

I received a SMS from Lyndsey saying she is going to forward details to the relevant department.

Just in from work and checked it - I'm pleased to say that it is now working.
