YouView+ Ultra HD box will not power up from standby

I have just replaced by box with a new UHD version. Occassionally it will not come out of standby. It will not respond to the powerbutton. I have to switch the box off and reboot. I have tried a factory reset and have tried different standby options. The previous box worked fine so I don't think it is anything to do with the set up. Any advice?

I had that a couple of times after I got the UHD box installed - but after a few weeks all was good.

May need a forced software update.

Thanks. How does one force a software update? The settings are telling me the software is up to date.

It isn't that then - I tried forcing update to fix problem but it never did - it just seemed to stop after a few weeks and not seen again.
