Yougov email messages keep getting marked as spam

Hi,

 

As you can deduce from the title I am a member of Yougov and I use BTYahoo spamguard in email classic.  Every once in a while I spot a message in the spam folder from Yougov and have to mark it as not spam.

 

This works for a few weeks, but doesn't permanently "stick" and I keep missing the invitations to take part in surveys

Is there any way I can white list these messages from yougov@yougov.com ?

 

Although I use the BTY Spamguard I do all of my email in Mozilla Thunderbird, so I'm only in the BTY email once a flood.

Add the address (that the emails come from) to your online contacts - should whitelist that address.

Thanks, that was easy to do - there is an add to contacts button.

 

Only time will tell if it works Smiley Happy
