Since I changed my plan so it's like 8 weeks I'm unable to check my allowances. App don't work (I tried to reset it few times) and on bt websites I'm getting all the time topic error. Also personalised sims didn't helped. I did already contact bt help and it seems all good on their end when it's not. Any idea anyone?
That does sound like an issue on our end. We'll be able to get you in touch with the right people. Click on my user name and then on contact the mods. That'll let you open a trouble ticket.
