It would appear obvious. They are not replying to their emails regarding problems.😕
Indeed it does appear that way. Forum posters should not really get "better" treatment than anyone else emailing them.

They are not getting better treatment.
They were apparently treated the same as all people who email the postmaster.
They are now being treated the same as any person who posts on the forum with a problem.
we also have the same issue. I have sent a email with examples to email@example.com

We also have the same problem, i've sent postmaster a few email last month. Now still no reply.

As a customer of BT. I am not happy.
However I'm using this as of work with a different domain. please please look into it.
I get the same messages, I send hundreds of emails every day, only @btinternet.com get rejected as spam. i use AWS for my email provider, have bt got an issue with aws?
