This is a common support on the forum I can see, but my problem is, I HAVE reported it to postmaster@btinternet.com but got no reply, and this was back beginning of December. BT chat told me it takes 12 days for them to reply (crazy I know!). Yet that passed ages ago, still no reply.
My customers on my mail server still cant email their customers at BT.
Is there some other official means or form I need to complete? We are not on any blacklists. Received no explanation about why its blocked, and no reply from my original query. Have emailed again today but posting here in case I dont get a reply again, I cant wait 12 days or more again, we have businesses that need to operate and communicate with customers.
Thanks

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Other than giving you the advice about contacting the postmaster, which you have already done, there is nothing any of the forum members can do to assist you.
At the moment I am tying all channels for support due to the lack of reply. I am not a BT user so dont have access to any business support.
Maybe someone knows something due to the number of support forums about this, so always worth a shot to ask.
@amityweb, I'm really sorry that you haven't had a reply. I've chased this up with our email team who are contacting the postmaster to get your case looked into.

Hi, welcome to the forums.
Are you saying that all of your customers on your mail server who try to email customers on BTinternet are all getting bounce messages reporting as spam?
Can you say what sort of customers you have, and how many emails are they sending in general? Are they 100% certain the recipients actually want the emails? Has this only started in December, and was fine previously? Has anything changed at your end?
There have been a spate of these over the blocks over the years, and granted BT can block anything they wish of course. It does seem like BT's configuration is very aggressive when compared to virtually all other ISPs and generic mail providers. I personally believe they are not acting correctly.
A simple thing to try, though might be weird to the recipient, is a simple email with no attachments and no embedded links. It's only a test as reports in the past may have shown this causes issues. Naturally it makes you wonder why this happens all of a sudden. I don't believe the Postmaster will give any feedback why the issue has or might occur, I guess for obvious reasons.
I also agree they are too strict because our server is not on any other blacklist.
