Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM

Hello BT Community,

It looks like we aren't alone in this issue reading other forum posts.

We are a retail shop, if a customer places an order with us using a BT email address we get a bounce back email when attempting to send them an automated email confirmation for their order. It's important to us that our customer's receive acknowledgement of their orders. We don't have issues with any other mail servers.

If anyone has suggestions that would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here's an example:-
