Your user agreement has changed email - phishing email?

Just had this email yesterday.  Not from a BT email address

Customer Outreach Dept. <noreply-bounce-5d2f8e6829462@effectchange.ca

It does have an agreement button on the email that I've not clicked on as I think it's dodgy

Yes you are quite right it is a dodgy phishing email.

I've already forwarded it onto the phishing@bt.com email address
