Youtube Videos wont play

hello recently became a Bt customer wish i hadnt as all ive had since day one is problems, the one that is really annoying me at the moment is since ive changed to bt i cant load youtube videos on pc. it is so frustrating any one got any ideas to try. ive deleted all my history and cache/cookies, made sure my broswers uptodate, tryed other broswers. i can watch videos  that are not youtube ones. also noticed my pc has trouble connecting to itunes servers also.

Check the Parental Control settings. Login to MyBT, and select the Parental Controls tile, there may be restrictions set up.

I am having the same problem - though it only affects certain videos.  GMail is also very sluggish.  Something seems to be up with BT and Google services at the moment for some BT users.

 

For example I cannot watch this video on any browser or device: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4b52ZHcHzY

 

But I can watch it fine if I load it through a free proxy (such as https://uk.proxfree.com).  Will this just be automatically sorted out in time or do I have to make a fuss about it?
