Hi again, I am here to ask a question on behalf of my brother
who is disabled and is having trouble with his box.
An engineer is booked for next week, but my question is:
can he get BT TV via his computer and his BT account via
his home hub?
I hope that you can help and explain how to.
Thank you in advance.

If he is on one of the legacy packs he can watch the extra channels via the BT TV app. If he's on a NowTV pack, he can download the NowTV app. To watch the Freeview channels, the best option is probably TV Player which is a free and legally streaming service. I think you can also watch via the Freeview app.
Thank you Nigel,
I had a look earlier after posting the question and found that I could get
BT Sport on my PC, I too have BT everything, I didn't yet try the other TV
chanels that are not Freeview.
I advised him to get BT via the internet on his smart TV, but he is a bit
challenged with anything technical, I did tell him how to find if the TV
has a link, if not, then to take the link from his youview box and put it
in the TV, the problem is that his Home Hub and PC are in another room.
Thanks anyway for your help and perhaps my findings will others who are
having box trouble.
