Youview Box Resolution Problem

I just arrived the UK and set up Youview Box with my TV which I brought from my country.

Problem is that the box doesn't signal on the screen, although the box itself seems work.

The only messange on the screen is, the resolution doesn't support. Change this on the box. But, I cannot operate it becuase of malfunction of my TV screen.

I appreciate if someone tell me how to do it. The resolution of my TV is 1920 x 1080

Hi Scott,

It sounds like your TV is incompatible with the picture format from the Youview box.

I guessing your TV works on the NTSC picture format, whereas the UK picture format is PAL.

This would give you the error you see.

You could get a convertor but I'm unsure how good they are, you're probably better off changing your TV.
