I've had phone, broadband and youview installed yesterday and everything is working fine except the youview box keeps saying error code IPC6023 I recieved emails yesterday afternoon to say that it's all good to go but the channels I'm paying for don't work! I only have the freeview channels that work. I've tried calling bt but unless you don't work or have anything to do it'll take hours to speak to someone. Anyone else having the same problem or can give some advice?
