Any idea how to get a replacement plug for my youview box? Didn't turn on this morning and no power to it at all. Tried different things in the plug socket and they work fine. Still under a BT contract but just can't see who to contact to get help.
If it's a T2100 it could be a faulty box, the hard drive is a known problem. Listen carefully for any soft repetitive noises coming from within the box as you try to power it up
