Hi, my youview box keeps cycling through wake up and has only one blue light. (The left one).
I have attempted a reset in maintenance mode ( tried all options just in case) with no luck. Screen shows ‘sorry option not available’ after I have confirmed.
While cycling through wake up the box is making a noise that sound like trying to connect to dial up internet?
Broadband speed/connection is fine.
Prior to having no tv at all, We have experienced the fault IPC 6023 For almost 18 months.
Cannot have an engineer out as currently shielding due to COVID-19.
Could someone please advise how to get a replacement box?

If you have an active BT TV subscription, just call faults and they'll take care of it
