Youview freeview 2110 recorder box

Hi all in my settings on the youview 2110 box were mobile devices are im trying to disconnect some off my old mobile phones i tick the box next to device then go on disconnect it says done but devices still remains there any ideas

You could try a Maintenance Mode reset , option 2, and then reconnect just the ones you need. Instructions are here.

The only other trouble i have as well is when im on my tv it dosent allways load the pics for the programmes it says could not load tv error yvm 5003 something like that but when i turn recorder off and back on most pics come back. But i cant reset anything as i have 2 pages of recordings and dont want to lose them

Options 2 & 4 in the maintenance mode reset do keep the recordings so safe to do.

If at times the tiles/pictures are missing that suggests an internet connection issue perhaps. Just how do you connect to your router?

Sorry yes thats it the tile pictures my box is connected to my router with the cable that came in the box it used to be ok

I think just go ahead and do the maintenance mode option 2 reset. That'll keep your recordings & recordings schedule and can be the remedy for all sorts of ills.
