Youview of stopped connecting to internet

My youview box has stopped connecting to the internet, after working for over one year. I have reset my router about 5 times and no joy.
It is now stuck on the "Let's get started" screen, and tries to connect to Internet over and over the same screen appears.
There is not even an option to reset or go to settings, just the same page every time and does not connect.
Please help as I can't watch anything it's basically a brick

Hi @Olihayes how is your box connected to the Internet,  is it hard wired using ethernet cable straight to the router, or are you using a home plug style set up?
