activation date passed and no broadband

Hi i'm hoping someone may be able to help.i moved home and ordered bt at my new address.after bt cancelled part of my order without informing me and numerous lies and brush offs my activation date has now passed and again no broadband (i have now waited since jan 14th) is there anyone i can contact who might actually be honest about if/when my broadband will be activated thanks for any help and advice

hi keith yes my phone line is working,i ordered normal bt broadband unlimited as i am unable to have fibre

How long ago was the phone activated, as it can take up to 14 days for broadband to be activated?

I assume that you have not yet been told that broadband activation has taken place?

 

Try the  Order Live Chat Team see if they can give a reason for the delay

Hi keith my phone was activated on 31/1/17 and broadband was supposed to be that date too.When it wasn't i phoned and they said my broadband order had been cancelled and opened a new order with an activation date of yesterday 17/2/17.No they havnt told me anything yet.I will try the 'order live chat team'. Thank you for your help
