activation fee

So I have posted twice on here, took out Halo 1, got charged £9.99 for activation, been told this is for new equipment , if this is the case where is the new equipment, what makes it worse, we still get Broadband drop upstairs, and I have done what it suggests about the placing of the hub, getting upset with the whole thing.

if you selected the add-on Halo 1 then there is no new equipment unlike halo 2
